All prices listed for bookings on our platform are subject to availability and may be altered or withdrawn without prior notice. Prices remain subject to change until full payment is received from you or until confirmation of the quotation acceptance is provided by you or an authorized representative of corporate clients.

We retain the right to rectify any pricing inaccuracies on our websites at any given time. In cases where a booking price includes a glaring and unintentional error, we reserve the right to rectify the displayed price. Should a pricing adjustment impact your pending order, you will have the option to retain your booking at the corrected price or cancel the order without incurring any penalties. We are not obligated to honour misquotes and may rectify the pricing before payment is processed.

All prices are denoted in South African Rand. We are not liable for any price discrepancies that occur between the time of booking and when payment is received in our account, or when corporate clients confirm their bookings. If your booking involves a foreign exchange rate, the rate applicable on the quotation date will be utilized. Any increase in the exchange rate between the quotation date and the payment date will be your responsibility and payable in addition to the total quoted price. Conversely, if the exchange rate decreases before payment, any difference will be refunded to you.

All quotations are contingent on the availability of services from third-party providers. Should the initially requested products become unavailable, an alternative can be proposed at an adjusted price.

“The booking" or "the reservation" refers to part, or all of the travel arrangements for transportation, accommodation, sightseeing and other linked travel services made on behalf of a client with principals and parties for whom Kailani Travel acts as an agent, and excludes services of a peripheral nature as described or similar to those described in Clause 6.
Any booking made by Kailani Travel constitutes a form of contract between you and the parties referred to in the above clause and is consequently subject to the terms of Kailani Travel and such other parties' conditions of agreement of

In the event of there being an unscheduled extension to the booking caused by flight delay, bad weather, strike or any other cause that is beyond the control of Kailani Travel, it is understood that expenses relating to these unscheduled extensions (hotel accommodation, etc) will be for your account.
If any service provider/principal is unable to provide the service confirmed to you, Kailani Travel's policy is always to offer you alternative arrangements of similar classification, wherever possible in the same area.
Whilst every effort is made to keep to published itineraries, Kailani Travel reserves the right to make changes as are deemed In some cases, conditions such as the weather may necessitate an alteration to the tour itinerary and this does not constitute any ground for a refund.
Unless full payment is due at the time of making the booking, all bookings must be accompanied by the requested deposit or guarantee of a deposit to Kailani Travel-part or all hereof may be non-refundable. The deposit constitutes part of the booking conditions and Kailani Travel reserves the right to cancel any booking without prejudice, in the event of a deposit or part thereof not being received.
The booking price quoted to you is based on fares, hotel prices, land costs and other relevant costs ruling at the date of Kailani Travel' In the event of there being any increase in any of the aforegoing costs before the start date of any booking, such variation shall be for your account on request by Kailani Travel, as shall any increase in the booking price arising from the fluctuation in rates of exchange between the date on which the booking was quoted and the start date of any booking.
